Reamstead
Terms of service
The service
Reamstead provides cloud print management software and a managed print appliance. The operator of each print centre sets its own print prices, payment methods and collection arrangements.
Accounts and access
Business accounts are created by invitation and each user acts under their own identity. Sharing credentials is not permitted. Privileged actions require a second factor.
Customer documents
Documents uploaded for printing are encrypted, kept only for the retention window configured by the print centre (48 hours by default), and then destroyed. Transaction records are kept for accounting purposes.
Payments and refunds
Payments are taken by the payment processor configured for the location. Refunds are issued by the print centre; where a job fails before printing, the print centre is responsible for refunding it.
Appliances
Appliances supplied under purchase, lease or rental remain subject to the order terms agreed at sign-up, including warranty, replacement and return arrangements.
Availability
The appliance continues to operate while the connection to the platform is unavailable. Cloud features — reporting, remote management and card payment where the processor requires it — depend on connectivity.
Changes
These terms may change. Material changes are notified to the account owner before they take effect. This page is the default text; a reseller operating under its own brand may publish its own terms, which then apply instead.
